Who we are
Clayground is developed by Emotionull. This website is intended to be hosted at clayvr.com, with clayvr.art as an alternate entry point. Use the Contact page for privacy questions and requests. This policy should be reviewed against the final hosting and service configuration before public release.
Sculpts and device data
Sculpts, saves, captured stamps and exports are stored locally by the app. Exports may also be copied into your headset’s Downloads folder. They leave the device when you choose a sharing or export action.
Headset and controller poses are used to operate the VR experience. The mixed-reality passthrough feature displays your surroundings through the headset compositor. We do not use that view as website upload data.
Meta platform features
Where the Meta platform integration is active and permitted, the app requests entitlement and user age-category information. Platform identifiers may be used for enabled achievements, leaderboards or purchases. Meta operates those services under its own policies. Age categories help restrict appropriate features; ordinary sculpting remains available if an age request cannot be completed.
We do not put Meta identifiers or age categories in public artwork metadata. The public artist name is distinct from any private account identity.
Website visits and contact
The hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP address, requested URL, browser details and security logs, to deliver and protect the website. This build does not add advertising trackers or optional analytics.
The Contact form opens your email application and does not submit messages to a website database. If you send an email, we receive the contents and your sender details and use them to respond, provide support or resolve your request. We retain correspondence only as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations.
Private model preview
Selecting a GLB on the Publish page reads the file in your browser to inspect its structure, calculate a SHA-256 fingerprint and display a local preview. The current preview does not upload it to our server, pin it to IPFS or broadcast a blockchain transaction. Reloading the page clears the current in-memory selection. You can explicitly download a review record to your own device.
Optional accounts and future publishing
If Privy login is enabled by the site operator, Privy processes the login method you choose and associated authentication and wallet information under its policies. Login is optional and does not itself upload or mint your sculpt.
Public uploads and sponsored Monad minting are not enabled in this build. Before activation, we will update this policy to identify the active providers, purposes, retention, recovery and deletion procedures. Public artwork, attribution and blockchain records can persist after publication; deleting an account cannot erase a blockchain transaction or guarantee removal of copies held by others.
Age and shared headsets
The app’s Meta age category concerns the signed-in account and may differ from a guest using a shared headset. The planned public minting pilot is intended for adults, with an eligibility process to be established before launch. An email address or checkbox alone does not verify age. Children can continue to use eligible local app features consistent with the app’s age certification and platform settings.
Deletion and your choices
Delete individual saves using the app’s save management tools. The app’s data controls can remove local app data; back up any work you want to keep first. Uninstalling or clearing app data may leave separately exported files in Downloads, so remove those separately if desired.
For correspondence or website-related personal data, contact us with your request. We may need proportionate verification before acting. Depending on your location, rights may include access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction. See the Data & deletion page for the current available steps.
Service providers and changes
Hosting, email delivery and any enabled authentication provider process data needed to provide their services. External links, including Meta, open services governed by those providers’ terms. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
We will update this page when relevant practices change. No claim is made that future wallet, hosting, storage or AI configurations are covered by the original on-device-only policy.
